Loans, Mortgages and Lines of Credit Your Credit Union offers a full range of competitive loan products for all purposes with variable or fixed rates of interest.
Our Personal Line of Credit provides you with a revolving loan with a set credit limit that allows you to borrow without having to continually re-apply for new loans.
We offer both conventional and high ratio mortgages. For a conventional mortgage, the maximum amount is 75% of the lesser of the purchase price or appraised value of the property.
Open and closed mortgages with weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payments are also available
RRSPs, RRIFs and RESPs Your Credit Union offers a wide variety of investment opportunities to help you save for your future, fund a child or grandchild's education or take care of your retirement income.
Credit Union MasterCard You can choose from a wide variety of cards… Low Fee, Gold, Platinum, No Fee Loyalty, Student, and Business. Interest rates, grace periods, credit limit and many other features vary from card to card. You can even take advantage of the 'Choice Rewards'* program…every time you use Your Credit Union MasterCard for purchases, you receive points redeemable for merchandise and/or travel certificates. Ask your member service officer for all the details, so you can select the card that is best for your needs.

Package Accounts Most financial institutions recognize that everyone has unique needs for the various products and services they provide. So do we. That's why we offer three distinct options for you to choose from:
- À la carte...Quite simply, this means pay as you go. That's right, you only pay for the services you use, as you use them. Our Summary of Charges outlines the charge for each individual transaction. You may wish to survey your account for several months to help you decide whether it is to your advantage to pay for these charges à la carte or select one of our package accounts.
- Package 2 (Chequemate)...This package is for people who have a significant number of transactions per month. The monthly fee of $9.95 covers 40 transactions* as outlined in our Package Accounts folder. You also receive a number of discounts on some of our products and services, including: safety deposit boxes, money orders, certified cheques, drafts, stop payments and cheque orders.
*Transactions over the limit will be charged a service fee based on the average of all fees generated.

Automated Banking Machine Your MemberCard allows you access to access thousands of ABMs worldwide. Your Credit Union owns one ABM in the Espanola area and is part of the National Interac and International PLUS shared banking machine network.
